   Цель. Демонстрация случаев меланомы редкой локализации – с поражением органов дыхания.   Материалы и методы. Представлен краткий обзор литературы по меланомам некожных локализаций; особое внимание уделено меланомам дыхательных путей и легких, первичной локализации и метастатическому поражению. Приведены клинические наблюдения данной патологии.

   Результаты

   Результаты. В работе представлены два редких случая из личной практики авторов: диагностики первичной меланомы придаточных пазух носа с прорастанием основания черепа, и метастатического поражения легкого, при котором были сложности определения первичной локализации опухоли. В обоих случаях проводилась дифференциальная диагностика с другими образованиями соответствующих областей. Окончательный диагноз установлен при помощи гистологического и иммуногистохимического исследований.

   Заключение

   Заключение. Диагноз меланомы с поражением органов дыхания требует дифференциальной диагностики с другими образованиями данной локализации. Окончательный диагноз помогают установить гистологическое и иммуногистохимическое исследования.

   Aim

   Aim. Demonstration of cases of melanoma of rare localization – with damage to the respiratory system.   Materials and methods. A brief review of the literature on non-skin melanomas is presented; special attention is paid to melanomas of airways and lungs, primary localization and metastatic lesions. Clinical observations of this pathology are given.

   Results

   Results. The paper presents two rare cases from the personal practice of the authors: the diagnosis of primary melanoma of the paranasal sinuses with germination of the base of the skull and metastatic lung damage, in which it was difficult to determine the primary localization of the tumor. In both cases, differential diagnosis was carried out with other formations in the respective areas. The final diagnosis was made by histological and immunohistochemical studies.

   Conclusion

   Conclusion. The diagnosis of melanoma with damage to the respiratory organs requires differential diagnosis with other formations of this localization. A histological and immunohistochemical study helps to establish the final diagnosis.
