Известно, что течение хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ) может варьировать в зависимости от скорости прогрессирования бронхиальной обструкции. Показано, что каналы TRPV1 играют важную роль в формировании некоторых патологических синдромов, характерных для ХОБЛ. Цель. Изучить эффект однонуклеотидных полиморфизмов (ОНП) гена TRPV1 на скорость прогрессирования бронхиальной обструкции у больных ХОБЛ. Материалы и методы. Обследовано 103 больных ХОБЛ, в том числе 47 человек с быстрым прогрессированием бронхиальной обструкции (снижение ОФВ1 ≥50 мл/год). ОНП rs460716, rs222749,rs222747 и rs8065080 были генотипированы с помощью LATE-ПЦР. Результаты. Установлено, что ОНП rs460716 оказывает значимый эффект на формирование прогрессирующей бронхиальной обструкции при ХОБЛ. Генотип CT чаще встречался среди больных с прогрессирующим течением заболевания (48,9 против 23,2%), тогда как гомозиготные генотипы были протективными (p=0,006). Различия оставались значимыми после коррекции на пол, возраст, индекс курения и исходное значение ОФВ1  (ОШ 3,2; 95%ДИ [1,32; 7,57], p=0,009). Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о негативном влиянии носительства гетерозиготного генотипа по ОНП rs460716 гена TRPV1 на течение ХОБЛ. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. It is known that the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may vary depending on the rate of bronchial obstruction progression. It has been shown that TRPV1 channels play an important role in the formation of some pathological syndromes typical for COPD.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of TRPV1 gene on the rate of bronchial obstruction progression in COPD patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We examined 103 patients with COPD, including 47 with rapid progression of bronchial obstruction (decrease in FEV1≥50 ml/year). SNPs rs460716, rs222749, rs222747, and rs8065080 were genotyped by LATE-PCR.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We established that rs460716 SNP had a significant effect on the development of progressive bronchial obstruction in COPD. The CC+TT genotypes were more common among patients with progressive disease (48.9% versus 23.2%), while the heterozygous genotype was protective (p=0.006). Differences remained significant after adjusting for sex, age, pack-year index and baseline FEV1 (OR 3.2; 95%CI [1.32; 7.57], p=0.009).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
