Хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких (ХОБЛ) и хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН) являются двумя часто сочетающимися в клинической практике заболеваниями. Трудность их дифференциальной диагностики связана с общностью факторов риска, неблагоприятным коморбидным фоном, неспецифичностью симптомов. Сосуществование ХОБЛ и ХСН может существенно влиять на прогноз обоих заболеваний вследствие взаимного отягощения. Оценка структурно-функционального состояния сердца у больных ХОБЛ необходима для выявления сердечно-сосудистых осложнений на ранней стадии развития заболевания, улучшения прогноза и снижения смертности.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: обзор последних мировых литературных данных о возможностях диагностики сердечной недостаточности при ХОБЛ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В обзоре обобщены данные литературных источников, опубликованных преимущественно за последние пять лет в PubMed и eLibrary. По необходимости были включены и более ранние публикации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В литературном обзоре рассмотрены современные методы лабораторной диагностики и медицинской визуализации, используемые для выявления сердечной недостаточности, которые позволяют избежать серьезных осложнений. В первую очередь, это трансторакальная эхокардиография как наиболее доступный и экономически выгодный метод, играющий на сегодняшний день определяющую роль в диагностике и мониторировании сердечной недостаточности.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сердечная недостаточность – тема большого количества публикаций с подробным описанием лабораторных и инструментальных методик, включая последние достижения магнитно-резонансной и компьютерной томографии. Традиционная трансторакальная эхокардиография сохраняет роль «золотого стандарта» как в диагностической, так и в прогностической оценке изменений, характерных для сердечной недостаточности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic heart failure (CHF) frequently co-occur in clinical practice, presenting challenges in differential diagnosis due to shared risk factors, an adverse comorbid landscape, and nonspecific symptoms. The coexistence of COPD and CHF significantly affects the prognosis for both conditions because of their mutual exacerbation. Evaluating the heart's structural and functional status in COPD patients is essential for early identification of cardiovascular complications, thereby improving prognosis and reducing mortality.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To review the latest global literature on diagnosing heart failure in COPD patients. Materials and methods. This review compiles data from literature sources, primarily from the last five years, sourced from PubMed and eLibrary, incorporating older publications as necessary.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The review discusses current laboratory diagnostics and medical imaging techniques for identifying heart failure, crucial for preventing severe complications. Primarily, transthoracic echocardiography stands out as the most accessible and cost-effective method, playing a pivotal role in diagnosing and monitoring heart failure today.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Heart failure is a subject of extensive publication with a detailed description of laboratory and instrumental methods, including the latest advances in magnetic resonance and computed tomography.
