Изучить содержание интерлейкина (IL)-1β и простагландина (ПГ) Е2 в периферической крови и их значение в прогнозе невынашивания беременности у женщин с обострением цитомегаловирусной (ЦМВ) инфекции.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование по типу случай – контроль включены 98 женщин в первом триместре беременности (7-10 недель), из них 50 женщин с обострением ЦМВ инфекции (основная группа) и 48 практически здоровых женщин (контрольная группа). ЦМВ инфекцию диагностировали по наличию антител класса М и G методом иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА), а также ДНК ЦМВ, выявляемой методом ПЦР. В сыворотке периферической крови методом ИФА определяли содержание IL-1β с использованием наборов ЗАО «Вектор-Бест» (Новосибирск, Россия) и ПГ E2 с использованием наборов «Cloud-Clone Corp.» (США).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе исследования установлено, что у женщин основной группы в периферической крови наблюдалось достоверное увеличение содержания IL-1β до 284,20±20,25 пг/мл (p&lt;0,001), по сравнению с показателем контрольной группы (1,49±0,03 пг/мл). При этом уровень ПГ E2 также был выше аналогичного показателя контрольной группы и составил, соответственно, 929,62±38,0 пг/мл (p&lt;0,001) и 1,29±0,08 пг/мл.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты исследования позволяют установить прогностическую роль концентрации IL-1β, ПГ E2 в патогенезе невынашивания беременности у женщин при обострении ЦМВ инфекции в ранние периоды гестации. Высокая концентрация IL-1β и ПГ Е2 может указывать на развитие осложнений беременности и использоваться как неспецифический маркер-предиктор угрозы невынашивания беременности при обострении ЦМВ инфекции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To investigate the levels of interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and prostaglandin (PG) E2 in peripheral blood and their prognostic significance in predicting pregnancy miscarriage in women with cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection exacerbation.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. This case-control study included 98 women in the first trimester of pregnancy (710 weeks), of which 50 women with CMV infection exacerbation (main group) and 48 essentially healthy women (control group). CMV infection was diagnosed by the presence of class M and G antibodies using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), as well as CMV DNA detected by PCR. The levels of IL-1β and PG E2 in serum of peripheral blood were determined by ELISA using kits from Vector-Best (Novosibirsk, Russia) for IL-1β and Cloud-Clone Corp. (USA) for PG E2.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study found that women in the main group had a significant increase in the level of IL-1β up to 284.20±20.25 pg/mL (p&lt;0.001) compared with the control group (1.49±0.03 pg/mL). Similarly, the level of PG E2 was also higher than that of the control group, amounting to 929.62±38.0 pg/mL (p&lt;0.001) and 1.29±0.08 pg/mL, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The results of the study establish the prognostic role of IL-1β and PG E2 concentrations in the pathogenesis of pregnancy miscarriage in women with exacerbation of CMV infection in the early stages of gestation.
