Сочетание астении и хронических респираторных заболеваний оказывает существенное влияние на многие жизненные факторы, такие как общее благополучие пациентов, их работоспособность, приверженность пациента к лечению и качество жизни. Тем не менее мы имеем ограниченное количество литературных данных о распространенности астении у пациентов с хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями легких (ХНЗЛ).</p></sec><sec><title>   Цель</title><p>   Цель. Оценка распространенности астенического синдрома среди больных хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями легких, проживающих в г. Красноярске.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Исследование было выполнено на базе поликлиник г. Красноярска в период с июля по август 2023 г. Был отобран 381 пациент с диагнозами хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких (ХОБЛ), бронхиальная астма (БА) и их сочетанием. Наличие астении выявляли с помощью шкал Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) и Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS).</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Астенический синдром диагностировался у 142 человек с хроническими респираторными заболеваниями. Все пациенты с астенией были разделены на 3 группы: первая группа включала 81 пациентов с БА (51 женщин и 30 мужчин, медиана возраста 56 [39;68]), вторая группа – 42 пациентов с ХОБЛ (13 женщин и 29 мужчин, медиана возраста 57,5 [49;67]), третья – 19 пациентов, имеющих сочетание БА и ХОБЛ (12 женщин и 7 мужчин, медиана возраста 67 [52;17]). У пациентов с сочетанием ХОБЛ и БА достоверно чаще встречались все подтипы астении: общая астения (p &lt; 0,05), пониженная активность (p &lt; 0,05), снижение мотивации (p &lt; 0,05), физическая астения (p &lt; 0,05), психическая астения (p &lt; 0,05), в сравнении с лицами, имеющими только одно заболевание.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Признаки астенического синдрома выявлены почти у 37,5 % пациентов с ХНЗЛ, что является довольно высоким показателем. Несмотря на ограничения исследования, полученные результаты подчеркивают клиническую важность оценки астении у пациентов с ХНЗЛ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. The coexistence of asthenia and chronic respiratory diseases substantially affects patients’ overall well-being, work capacity, treatment adherence and quality of life. Nevertheless, published data on the prevalenceof asthenia in chronic non-infectious lung diseases (CNLD) remain scarce.</p></sec><sec><title>   Aim</title><p>   Aim. To assess the prevalence of asthenic syndrome among patients with CNLD living in Krasnoyarsk.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. A clinic-based study was carried out in outpatient polyclinics in Krasnoyarsk from July to August 2023. We enrolled 381 patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, or their combination, and 60 conditionally healthy subjects. Asthenia was evaluated with the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) and the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS). Twenty-five clinical and laboratory parameters were recorded.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. Asthenic syndrome was diagnosed in 142 (37.5 %) patients with chronic respiratory diseases. All asthenic patients were divided into three groups: group 1 –81 patients with asthma (51 women, 30 men; median age 56 [39;68]), group 2–42 patients with COPD (13 women, 29 men; median age 57.5 [49;67]), and group 3–19 patients with both COPD and asthma (12 women, 7 men; median age 67 [52;17]). Patients with combined COPD and asthma showed a significantly higher frequency of all asthenia subtypes – general asthenia, reduced activity, decreased motivation, physical asthenia and mental asthenia (all p &lt; 0.05) – than patients with a single disease.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. Signs of asthenic syndrome were detected in nearly 40 % of patients with CNLD, a rather high figure.
