Оценить содержание фосфолипидов в лейкоцитах периферической крови рожениц, перенесших COVID-19 в третьем триместре беременности.Материалы и методы. Определяли количество продукта цитохимической реакции на фосфолипиды в лейкоцитах периферической крови с помощью набора реагентов «ДИАХИМ-ЦИТОСТЕЙН-СЧ» (Россия) у 102 рожениц. В первую группу вошли пациентки с легким течением COVID-19 (n = 34), во вторую – со среднетяжелым течением COVID-19 (n = 32). Группу контроля составили 36 женщин, не инфицированных SARS-CoV-2.Результаты. Были установлены достоверные различия содержания фосфолипидов в лейкоцитах беременных женщин, перенесших COVID-19 и контрольной группами. В контрольной группе средний цитохимический коэффициент (СЦК) составил 2,67 ± 0,05 усл. ед. У пациенток с COVID-19 инфекцией наблюдалось достоверное снижение СЦК: при лёгком течении заболевания до 2,42 ± 0,05 (p &lt; 0,001), при среднетяжёлом течении COVID-19 – до 1,98 ± 0,04 усл. ед. (p &lt; 0,001).Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что COVID-19 инфекция оказывает влияние на содержание фосфолипидов в лейкоцитах рожениц, снижая их количество. Дальнейшее изучение данного вопроса может детально объяснить воздействие COVID-19 инфекции на течение беременности и перинатальные исходы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To assess the content of phospholipids in leukocytes of peripheral blood in parturient women who had COVID-19 during the third trimester of pregnancy.Materials and methods. The amount of the cytochemical reaction product for phospholipids in leukocytes of peripheral blood was determined using the reagent kit "DIAHIM-CYTOSTEINSCh" (Russia) in 102 parturient women. The first group included patients with mild course of COVID-19 (n = 34), the second group — patients with moderate course of COVID-19 (n = 32). The control group consisted of 36 women not infected with SARS-CoV-2.Results. The phospholipid content in leukocytes of pregnant women who had COVID-19 differed significantly compared to the control group. In the control group, the mean cytochemical coefficient (MCC) was 2.67 ± 0.05 arbitrary units. In patients with COVID-19, a significant decrease in MCC was observed: in persons with a mild course of the disease to 2.42 ± 0.05 (p &lt; 0.001), and in persons with a moderate course to 1.98 ± 0.04 arbitrary units (p &lt; 0.001).Conclusion. The data obtained suggest that COVID-19 infection affects the phospholipid content in the leukocytes of parturient women, reducing their amount.
