Псориаз является одним из самых распространенных дерматозов среди взрослых и детей. Описывается его течение, ассоциированное с заболеваниями легких у взрослых пациентов.Цель. Проанализировать накопленную информацию о распространённости, возможных патофизиологических механизмах воспаления при псориазе и хронических бронхолегочных заболеваниях, обусловленных взаимными процессами, генетической предрасположенностью для оценки последующих прогностических вариантов ранней профилактики.Материалы и методы. Проведен поиск литературных источников глубиной более 50 лет в базах данных PubMed, PlamX, Researh Gate, the BMJ, Elsevier с выбором типов статей «Clinical Trial», «Meta-Analysis», «Review», «Systematic Review».Результаты. Анализ опубликованных работ показал не высокий процент коморбидности между псориазом и патологией бронхолегочной системы. Представлены некоторые общие патогенетические механизмы воспаления, действие специализированной терапии. Определены общие факторы риска, приводящие к развитию псориаза и других заболеваний, прежде всего бронхолегочной системы. Сходства включают иммунные процессы, профили цитокинов и типы иммунных клеток. Проанализированы несколько генетических вариантов, связывающих псориаз и нарушение функции легких, закладывая основу для будущих исследований.Заключение. Недостаточное количество исследований сочетания двух нозологий, особенно в детском возрасте, предрасполагает к дальнейшему изучению проблемы и выявлению общих биомаркеров на более ранних этапах онтогенеза для диагностики, прогноза и обоснования современной коррекции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatoses among both adults and children. Its course associated with pulmonary diseases in adult patients has been described.Aim. To analyze the accumulated data on the prevalence and possible pathophysiological mechanisms of inflammation in psoriasis and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases driven by shared processes and genetic predisposition, in order to assess the potential for future prognostic approaches and early prevention strategies.Materials and methods. A literature search spanning more than 50 years was conducted in the PubMed, PlamX, ResearchGate, The BMJ, and Elsevier databases, selecting articles categorized as "Clinical Trial", "Meta-Analysis", "Review", and "Systematic Review".Results. Analysis of published studies revealed a relatively low percentage of comorbidity between psoriasis and bronchopulmonary pathology. Several common pathogenetic mechanisms of inflammation and the effects of specialized therapies are presented. Shared risk factors contributing to the development of psoriasis and other diseases—particularly those affecting the bronchopulmonary system—have been identified. These similarities include immune processes, cytokine profiles, and types of immune cells involved. Several genetic variants linking psoriasis with impaired lung function have been analyzed, laying the groundwork for future research.Conclusion.
