Несмотря на доказанное негативное влияние COVID-19 на гестационный процесс и перинатальные исходы, критерии формирования плацентарной недостаточности (ПН) у данной категории пациенток остаются до конца не изученными, а имеющиеся сведения носят фрагментарный характер.</p></sec><sec><title>   Цель</title><p>   Цель. Определить значения экспрессии CD68 и рецептора фактора некроза опухоли 1 (TNFR1) на моноцитах периферической крови для прогнозирования ПН у беременных с COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Обследованы 114 пациенток, разделенных на три группы: основную (n = 37) – с COVID-19 среднетяжелого течения и ПН; группу сравнения (n = 42) – с COVID-19 без признаков ПН и контрольную (n = 35) – практически здоровые беременные без COVID-19 и ПН. Экспрессия CD68 и TNFR1 на моноцитах периферической крови оценивалась методом проточной цитофлюорометрии.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. У беременных основной группы было выявлено статистически значимое повышение экспрессии CD68 и TNFR1 на моноцитах периферической крови по сравнению с показателями контрольной группы и группы сравнения (р &lt; 0,001). Установлено, что значения экспрессии CD68 ≥ 25,0 % и TNFR1 ≥ 79,0 % являются прогностическими маркерами развития ПН у пациенток с COVID-19 в третьем триместре.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Выявленная корреляция между данными иммунологическими маркерами и развитием ПН обосновывает целесообразность их использования в качестве дополнительных диагностических критериев для оценки степени риска плацентарных нарушений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. Despite well-documented adverse effects of COVID-19 on gestation and perinatal outcomes, the criteria for placental insufficiency (PI) development in this patient population remain incompletely understood, and existing data are fragmented.</p></sec><sec><title>   Aim</title><p>   Aim. To determine the prognostic value of CD68 and tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) expression on peripheral blood monocytes for predicting placental insufficiency in pregnant women with COVID- 19.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. A total of 114 pregnant women were enrolled and divided into three groups: the main group (n = 37) – moderate-severe COVID-19 with PI; the comparison group (n = 42) – moderate-severe COVID-19 without PI; and the control group (n = 35) – healthy pregnant women without COVID-19 or PI. CD68 and TNFR1 expression on peripheral blood monocytes was assessed by flow cytometry.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. Pregnant women in the main group demonstrated significantly higher CD68 and TNFR1 expression on monocytes compared to both the comparison and control groups (p &lt; 0.001).
