В течение последнего десятилетия было опубликовано много данных об использовании FeNO для мониторинга, идентификации и лечения воспаления дыхательных путей, особенно при бронхиальной астме. Однако роль FeNO у пациентов с хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) по-прежнему не ясна и нуждается в уточнении. Кроме того, литература, определяющая роль FeNO у больных ХОБЛ минимальна. Улучшение мониторинга и профилактики обострений у пациентов с ХОБЛ может улучшить качество их жизни и потенциальную выживаемость. Настоящая статья посвящена изучению роли оксида азота в патофизиологии и лечении ХОБЛ, а также обобщению имеющихся результатов исследований. Показана необходимость дополнительных крупномасштабных исследований для расширения клинического применения измерений уровня FeNO при диагностике и лечении данного заболевания. Описана способность медицинского озона модулировать высвобождение эндотелиоцитами оксида азота. Кроме того, обоснована необходимость изучения режимов дозирования и длительности курсового применения озонотерапии при ХОБЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) is one of the inflammatory biomarkers that have recently attracted the attention of researchers. During the last decade there have been published many articles on FeNO for monitoring, identifying and treatment of airway inflammation, especially in asthma. However, the role of FeNO in patients with сhronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is still unclear and needs to be defined. Moreover, literature defining the role of FeNO in patients with COPD is minimal. Improved monitoring and prevention of exacerbations in patients with COPD may improve quality of life and potential survival. The present article is dedicated to studying the role of nitric oxide in pathophysiology and treatment of COPD and also to summarize findings from different studies. The need for additional large-scale studies to expand the clinical application of measurements of the level of FeNO in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease has been shown. The ability of medical ozone to modulate the release of nitric oxide by endotheliocytes is described.
