Изучение материалов регионарных органов федеральной и исполнительной власти за последние десять лет показывает, что признание экологической ситуации в Амурской области удовлетворительной является сглаживанием степени опасности последствий прошлой и текущей хозяйственной деятельности и слабого административно-хозяйственного контроля за состоянием атмосферы, воды и почвы. В действительности же экологическая обстановка напряженная (конфликтная) и является значительным риском для населения. Неизменные стационарные источники и все виды автотранспорта выбрасывают в атмосферу и поверхностные воды одни и те же взвешенные частицы неизвестного состава, жидкие и газообразные вещества, в том числе бенз(а)пирен, формальдегид и тяжелые металлы. Вследствие многолетнего воздействия неблагоприятной окружающей среды на население уменьшился коэффициент рождаемости, возросла смертность от заболеваний органов кровообращения и новообразований, увеличилась заболеваемость детского и взрослого населения от патологии дыхательной и пищеварительной систем, большинство жителей не обеспечены качественной питьевой водой, в воде водопроводной сети содержатся высокие концентрации Co, Cr, Mn, Pb и других металлов, изменился минеральный портрет жителей Благовещенска. Свалки отходов производства и потребления, бактериальное загрязнение почв и лесные пожары отрицательно сказались на видовой численности диких животных.
The study of materials of regional federal and executive authorities over the past ten years shows that the recognition of the environmental situation in the Amur Region is satisfactory, smoothing out the degree of danger of the consequences of past and current economic activity and weak administrative and economic control over the state of the atmosphere, water and soil. In reality, the environmental situation is stressful (conflict) and presents a significant risk for the population. Constant stationary sources and all types of vehicles emit into the atmosphere and surface water the same suspended particles of unknown composition, liquid and gaseous substances, including benzopyrene, formaldehyde and heavy metals. Due to the long-term impact of the unfavorable environment on the population, the birth rate has decreased; the mortality from circulatory diseases and cancers has increased; the incidence of children and adults from the pathology of the respiratory and digestive systems has increased; most people are not provided with high-quality drinking water; the water supply network contains high concentrations of Co, Cr, Mn, Pb and other metals; the mineral “portrait” of the residents of Blagoveshchensk has changed. Landfills of production and consumption wastes, bacterial soil contamination and forest fires have adversely affected the wildlife species abundance.
