<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to the role of thioredoxin and glutathione antioxidant systems in protection of the body against oxidative stress caused by exposure to micro-sized solid suspended particles of atmospheric air. The features of components and parameters of solid suspended particles determining their oxidative properties have been described.
