При анализе полученных данных выявлено, что у больных БА с ХГДП имеется тенденция к снижению содержания глюкокортикостероидов в крови. Дисбаланс в координации межгормональных связей у больных БА является одним из факторов, моделирующих холодовую гиперреактивность бронхов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To study the character of intensity of an urgent reaction of pituitary-adrenal system under the influence of cold stimulus 155 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) were examined including 88 patients with cold bronchial hyperresponsiveness (CAHR) and 67 patients without it. The obtained data showed that BA patients with cBHR had a tendency to a decreased of glucocorticosteroids level in the blood.
