Для этого было обследовано 416 пациентов с бронхиальной астмой различной степени тяжести. Дизайном исследования подразумевалось проведение стандартной спирометрии, генотипирование по полиморфизму rs11562975 гена TRPM8 и оценка статуса и продолжительности курения. По результатам исследования выявлено неблагоприятное влияние курения на функцию внешнего дыхания у больных с индексом пачка/лет ≥10. Полиморфизм rs11562975 оказывал модулирующее влияние на эффект курения у больных БА. Влияние курения ≥10 пачка/лет на формирование тяжелой бронхиальной обструкции было более выражено среди носителей генотипа GC, по сравнению пациентами, имеющими генотип GG. В случае злостного курения генотип GC достоверно увеличивал риск формирования тяжелой бронхиальной обструкции у обследованных пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to determine the role of rs11562975 polymorphism of TRPM8 gene and tobacco smoking in the formation of severe bronchial obstruction in asthma patients. According to this aim, 416 patients with varying severity of asthma were examined. The study design included standard spirometry, genotyping of rs11562975 TRPM8 gene polymorphism and evaluation of the status and duration of smoking. The study revealed the detrimental effect of smoking on the respiratory function in patients with a pack/year index ≥10. rs11562975 polymorphism had a modulating effect on the smoking in patients with asthma. The influence of smoking ≥10 packs-years on the formation of severe bronchial obstruction was more pronounced among carriers of GC genotype, compared to patients with GG genotype.
