У 124 больных бронхиальной астмой проведено изучение эластических свойств артериальных сосудов методом объемной сфигмографии в зависимости от степени тяжести течения заболевания. Установлено, что у пациентов с астмой в сравнении со здоровыми лицами процессы ремоделирования артериального русла характеризовались преимущественно повышением ригидности магистральных артерий эластического типа, о чем свидетельствовало увеличение значений основных показателей, отражающих сосудистую жесткость - каротидно-феморальной скорости пульсовой волны, индекса аугментации, правого/левого сердечно-лодыжечного сосудистого индекса. Ускорение скорости пульсовой волны по магистральным артериям эластического типа у больных бронхиальной астмой сочеталось с повышением индекса аугментации, что указывает на более значительное снижение функциональной активности эндотелия при возрастании степени тяжести астмы.

124 patients with bronchial asthma were studied on the elastic properties of arterial vessels by volume sphygmography depending on the severity of the disease. It was found out that in patients with asthma in comparison with healthy people the processes of remodeling of arterial channel had mainly the increase of rigidity of main arteries of elastic type which was proved by the rise of values of basic parameters that reflect vessel stiffness - carotid-femoral velocity of a pulse wave, the index of augmentation, right/left heart malleolar vessel index. The acceleration of pulse wave velocity by main arteries of the elastic type in patients with bronchial asthma was combined with the rise of augmentation index, which proves more significant functional activity of endothelium at the growth of asthma severity.
