Обследовано 98 образцов материала (ворсинчатого хориона), взятого при проведении медицинских абортов на сроке 5-10 недель беременности у практически здоровых матерей и женщин, перенесших обострение герпес-вирусной инфекции во время беременности. Исследование проводили с помощью биохимического определения количества кортизола и гистохимического выявления 11бета-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназ I и II типа. При обострении герпес-вирусной инфекции обнаружено значительное увеличение содержания кортизола (более чем в 2 раза) в ворсинчатых хорионах на ранних этапах гестации. Выявленное изменение являлось результатом нарушения процесса обмена указанного гормона: низкой активностью фермента 11?-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназы II типа и высокой активностью 11-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназы I типа в плаценте, а также неадекватностью регуляторных механизмов реакций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the research is to study cortisol content in placenta in exacerbation of herpes virus infection at early pregnancy and to identify the reasons for its change. 98 samples of abortion material of 5-10 weeks of development taken from almost healthy women and women with herpes virus infection exacerbation were examined. The study was done with the help of biochemical identification of cortisol concentration and histochemical analysis of the 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase of I and II types. At exacerbation of herpes virus infection a significant increase of cortisol content (more than two times) in villous chorions at early stages of pregnancy was found out. The revealed changes were the result of the hormone metabolism disturbance: low activity of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase of II type and high activity of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase of I type in placenta, as well as inadequacy of reactions regulatory mechanisms.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кортизол</kwd><kwd>11бета-гидроксистероиддегидрогеназы</kwd><kwd>плацента</kwd><kwd>герпес</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cortisol</kwd><kwd>11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases</kwd><kwd>placenta</kwd><kwd>herpes</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гончаров Н.П.
