Исследования проводились на половозрелых крысах (самцах) массой 0,18-0,2 кг, которые были разделены на группы: интактные животные; контроль - животные, которым воспроизводили адреналовый отек легких; опыт - животные, которым воспроизводили отек, а затем производилась курсовая ингаляция апингалина. Органы для морфологического и биохимического анализа забирались через сутки после прекращения эксперимента. На препаратах изолированной трахеи крыс исследована реакция сокращения-расслабления после добавления препарата апингалин. При изучении терапевтического действия данной смеси измеряли весовой коэффициент и сухой остаток, проводили гистологическое исследование легочной ткани. Активность процесса перекисного окисления липидов оценивали по содержанию в гомогенате легких диеновых, триеновых конъюгатов и оснований Шиффа; окисленную модификацию белков - по уровню карбонильных производных. Установлено, что действие препарата на основе маточного молочка пчел и прополиса на изолированный препарат трахеи имеет двухфазный характер: первая - кратковременная фаза сокращения препарата, а вторая - длительная - его расслабления, опосредованного через активацию бета-адренорецепторов. Курсовая 10-дневная ингаляция препарата апингалин снижала количество окисленных форм белка и препятствовала окислению липидов в ткани легкого крыс.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanisms of effect of inhaled mixture made on the basis of bee royal jelly and propolis (apingalin) in experimental pulmonary edema. Studies were conducted on adult rats (male) with the weight of 0.18-0.2 kg; the rats were divided into groups: intact animals, control animals with adrenal experimental pulmonary edema, experience animals with pulmonary edema; all of them then inhaled apingalin. The bodies for morphological and biochemical analyses were collected one day after the termination of the experiment. In preparations of isolated trachea of rats, the reaction of constriction-relaxation after adding apingalin was studied. When studying the therapeutic effect of the mixture, the weight ratio and dry residue were measured; the histological examination of lung tissue was done. The activity of the process of lipid peroxidation was assessed by the content of diene, triene conjugates and Schiff bases in lung homogenates; oxidized protein modification was estimated in terms of carbonyl derivatives. It was found that the effect of the drug on the basis of royal jelly and bee propolis on isolated tracheal preparation is biphasic: the first one is a short-term phase of constriction of the preparation, and the second one is a long-term phase of its relaxation mediated through the activation of beta-adrenergic receptors.
