Abstract
The hemostasis system, the level of pulmonary hypertension and myocardial condition (the thickness of the anterior wall of the right ventricle of heart, dystrophic changes of right and left ventricles) depending on hypoxemia level have been examined in 47 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It was suggested that as the severity of hypoxemia increases, hypercoagulation of the blood, the degree of pulmonary hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy of the right ventricle and dystrophic changes of both ventricles of heart rise.

Abstract
209 patients with bronchial asthma were examined, 89% of them had a decrease of integral parameter of mucociliary clearance and had mucociliary insufficiency. A detailed endoscopic evaluation of inflammatory changes intensity in the tracheobronchial tree in patients with mucociliary insufficiency of a different degree was done. A close correlation between the severity of disturbances in mucociliary system and the activity of the inflammatory process in airways was demonstrated.

Abstract
84 patients with bronchial asthma went through computer tomography with inspiratory and expiratory test. Changes in regional ventilation lungs function in direct dependence on the level of a disease control were identified. A discriminant equation was done using parameters of ventilation lung function, cold airway hyperresponsiveness and parameters of regional lungs densitometry. The equation allows to predict with a high degree of reliability the control of bronchial asthma in a year after the research.

Abstract
The analysis of references about the features of Staphylococcus aureus drug resistance was done. The lack of information about its dependence on the localization in the human body was established. In personal studies it is shown that peculiarities of drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus are caused by the fact that it has an uneven distribution in populations isolated from different organs and parts of the body.

Abstract
The method of cardio-respiratory synchronization was used to identify regulatory and adaptive capacities in children with functional and organic diseases of the stomach. Significant parameters of cardio-respiratory synchronization that allow to assess regulatory and adaptive capabilities of the organism in children with diseases of the stomach are the width of the range and duration of synchronization at the minimal boundary of cardio-respiratory synchronization. Changes in these parameters show the degree of violation of regulatory and adaptive capacity of the organism in children with functional and organic pathology of the stomach.

Abstract
The contents of gangliosides in lungs at general cooling of rabbits' organism have been studied. The cooling induces the increase of polysialic gangliosides GT1B, GD2 and GD3 and the decrease of concentration of monosialic gangliosides GМ2, GМ3, GD1A, which may be connected with activation of synthetase GT1В and inhibition of neuraminidase that disconnects sialic acids from a carbohydrate chain.

Abstract
Toxicological and hygienic assessment of the mixture of processing products of pants and dihydroquercetin for the rise of organism resistance to low and high temperatures was done. It was established that this biologically active mixture has powerful antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties and has a high actoprotective activity at pathogenetic influence of environmental temperature. This mixture improves adaptive capabilities of the organism to the influence of high and low temperatures.

Abstract
The composition of eicosanoic acids C20 in erythrocytes lipids of women whose pregnancy was complicated with severe forms of herpes-virus infection is described in the work. The increase of arachidic, eicosenoic, eicosadienoic, eicosatrienoic, arachidonic fatty acids is established at simultaneous reduction of the contents of eicosapentaenoic acid in conditions of aggravation of the infection with a titer of antibodies IgG to a virus of a simple herpes-1 1:12800 .

Abstract
An umbilical cord is one of the most important provisional embryonic organs that connects a fetus and placenta. It serves as a unique transport highway along which nutrients and oxygen are delivered to a fetus. The stages of formation of umbilical cord at early stages of gestation are discussed in the work.

Abstract
The composition of saturated fatty acids in a homogenate of placentas of the women who suffered an acute form of herpes-virus infection during gestation was studied. The increase of concentration of myristic, pentadecylic, palmitic, margaric, stearinic saturated fatty acids of lipids in tissues of placenta of parturient women was found out at a high titer of antibodies to a virus of simple herpes.

Abstract
The research of coagulation and thrombocytes-vascular hemostases in patients with chronic kidney diseases was conducted and the influence of hemostases on endobronchial blood flow was studied. It was established that chronic kidney disease leads to the increase of coagulative activity of blood and aggregation of thrombocytes and deterioration of endobronchial microhemocirculation. It was defined that one of the reasons causing haemorheologic disorders and microhemocirculation disturbances in the mucous membrane of bronchial tubes in patients with a chronic kidney disease is endothelial dysfunction.

Abstract
The system estimation of distribution of oncologic diseases among the population of Primorski Krai is carried out. In the research, the methodology of system modelling including methods of the multivariate analysis was used. They are the methods of multiple Pirson correlation, information and entropy method, multiple regress method. It is established that ecological dependence of distribution of oncologic diseases in Primorski Krai is connected with complex influence of habitat which has a complex mechanism of internal intersystem and interfactor interrelation as well as functional, power and different directions connections various in character.

Abstract
The analysis of morbidity of cadets of marine specialties of Marine state university by G.I. Nevelskoi during 2001-2005 was done. It was found out that respiratory diseases among all nosologic forms comprise from 52 to 63%. Acute forms of diseases are common for most days of cadets' inability to work. The cadets with risk factors or pulmonary diseases have immune system deterioration despite the clinical remission of a disease.

Abstract
The retrospective analysis of medical histories of 1374 women was carried out. Based on the theory of adaptive reactions by L.H.Garkavi, E.B.Kvakina and M.A.Ukolova (1978, 1990), the assessment of the adaptation condition of women was carried out during pregnancy, labor and postpartum period using the author's computer software «Antistress». A leukocytic formula was used as an alarm indicator of adaptive reaction and criterion of conditions synchronization. The received results revealed authentic dependence between the level of health during pregnancy and the frequency of iron deficiency anemia development.

Abstract
Clinical and functional peculiarities of pregnancy, delivery and the state of newborn in 100 women with disorders of reproduction system formation (basic group) and in 30 women without any disorders (the group of comparison) were studied. It was established that patients in the basic group had statistically more complications during pregnancy and delivery than those in the group of comparison. In the basic group the women with a developed gestosis had statistically higher resistance in uterine arteries and in the arteries of the umbilical cord than those without gestosis. The absence of statistically relevant differences in the frequency of abortion threat and placental insufficiency in women with gestosis and without gestosis and hemodynamic disorder in the system «mother-placenta-fetus» in patients with gestosis allowed us to make a conclusion about the role of hormonal imbalance in the development of these complications.
