ORGANISATION OF URGENT REACTIONS OF PITUITARY-ADRENAL SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA UNDER COLD STIMULUS INFLUENCE

Abstract

To study the character of intensity of an urgent reaction of pituitary-adrenal system under the influence of cold stimulus 155 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) were examined including 88 patients with cold bronchial hyperresponsiveness (CAHR) and 67 patients without it. The obtained data showed that BA patients with cBHR had a tendency to a decreased of glucocorticosteroids level in the blood. The imbalance in coordination of interhormonal connections in BA patients is one of the factors that models cold hyperresponsiveness of bronchi.
