Abstract
Pathomorphological changes of the respiratory system of 57 deceased from epidemic flu A/H1N1 in Zabaikal Region were investigated. The majority of the deceased were from 18 to 45 years old. Pathomorphological sings of hemorrhagic necrotic tracheobronchitis and acute diffuse lung damage were found in all the deceased. It confirms the tropism of A/H1N1 virus to the cells of both upper and lower respiratory tract. In 24,5% of cases viral pneumonia was accompanied by bacterial co-infection, caused by Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract
The role of protein Hps 70 in homogenate of placentas from women with herpes infection during pregnancy and its influence on the structure of cytosol and syncytiotrophoblast nuclei apoptosis were studied. The decrease of protein Hps 70 in homogenate of placentas from women with herpes virus infection during pregnancy, the disorder of cytosol structure (vacuolization) and the increase of nuclei of syncytiotrophoblast in the state of apoptosis were revealed.

Abstract
The study of structural and functional state of blood hemoglobin of parturient women at herpes virus infection during pregnancy was carried out. There was established the decrease of common hemoglobin in blood, the increase of its thermolability, and the growth of fetal hemoglobin level, which was the criterion of blood respiratory failure and revealed through the fall of partial oxygen pressure, the degree of hemoglobin oxygenation and oxyhemoglobin level at the increase of methemoglobin concentration.

Abstract
Histochemical determination of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase activity in 72 placentas obtained at the labour of pregnant women with exacerbation of chronic herpes virus infection of the first type in the third trimester and without it was carried out. The decrease of intensity of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase activity in syncytiotrophoblast of placneta villi was found out. The results suggested the insufficiency of energetic provision at exacerbation of herpes virus infection.

Abstract
The investigation of indices of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in rats at long cold stress against the introduction of reamberin and eleutherococcus was carried out. It is established that the decrease of lipid peroxidation intensity and activation of antioxidant defense of tissues are observed in experimental animals which were introduced with reamberin beforehand at cold stress. Antioxidant properties of reamberin in terms of their influence on lipid peroxidation can be compared with antioxidant properties of eleutherococcus as classic adaptogen.

Abstract
The opportunity of antioxidant arabinogalaсtan application in correction of cold influence on rats' organism has been experimentally justified. It was established that at general cooling of laboratory animals the administration of arabinogalaсtan leads to the decrease of intensity of morphofunctional changes in trachea wall.

Abstract
The influence of adaptive hormones on blood antioxidant system was evaluated in rats with pneumonia produced by intratracheal injection of Sephadex А-25 at concentration of 5 mg/kg of body weight. Pneumonia that develops against the hormonal changes (0,3⋅10-9 М/100 g of hydrocortisone and 0,6⋅10-6 М/100 g of epinephrine injected during 3 days after 120 mg/kg of alloxan administered a week before) was characterized by a higher level of thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances in plasma, of hemolysate catalase and glutathione reductase activity, as well as lower hemolysate reduced glutathione levels.

Abstract
The study of morphofunctional changes in trachea of rats exposed to long cold influence and reamberin introduction in comparison with eleutherococcus was carried out. The received results suggest the protective action of investigated medications on mucociliary apparatus of rat trachea and intensive citoprotective action of reamberin on epithelial integument of trachea mucosa.

Abstract
The character of stromal and parenchymatous relations at different levels of a bronchopulmonary system of laboratory animals at long influence of cold upon the organism was studied. The peculiarities of morphologic changes in the lungs of rats in conditions of cold stress at arabinogalaсtan administration were found out.

Abstract
At the experiment on rats it was established that at necrotic-suppurative pulmonary and pleura diseases the volume rate of lymph flow increases more than three times both from the right and left chest lymphatic ducts. It is proved that the volume rate of lymph flow can be a marker of endotoxicosis during the drainage of lymphatic ducts.

Abstract
The results of observation and examination of children with relapsing bronchopulmonary diseases are represented. A differential-diagnostic algorithm to verify the diagnosis has been worked out. The results of the investigations revealed that the main basis for the development of relapsing bronchopulmonary pathology is the congenital pulmonary tissue malformations. These disorders have specific symptoms and represent definite problems for diagnosis.

Abstract
The effectiveness of echinochrome A application in children with chronic inflammatory lung diseases and respiratory system defects during remission was evaluated. It is found out that echinochrome A increased antioxidant antiradical activity of the organism. It is established that application of echinochrome A decreases the amount of diseases relapses, reducing the severity of the exacerbation and the duration of hospitalization.

Abstract
The prevalence of smoking among 668 first-year - third-year students of Novosibirsk State Medical University has been studied. The general number of smokers found among students was 17,4 %, including 33,3 % of male students and 12,9 % of female students. The mean starting age of smoking among males was 14,6±1,2 years, among females it was 15,8±1,3 years. Most of the students had very low and low nicotine dependence. The females had lower mean nicotine dependence coefficient in comparison with males. Students were poorly motivated to give up smoking.

Abstract
The rats developed hypercholesterolemia through introduction during 6 months into their diet saturated fats containing 2,5% of cholesterol. The ratio of the lipid component in erythrocytes membrane has changed as a result. There was also the increase in quantity of cholesterol, triacylglyceroles, sphingomyelin and saturated fat acids, and the decrease in the level of ethers of cholesterol and phosphatidic acids. These changes cause an increase in the average diameter and volume of erythrocytes and of their osmotic resistance. At administration of the extract from ascidiae tunic at the hypercholesteric diet its protective effect on membranes was revealed. There was the normalization of dimensional characteristics of erythrocytes and of membrane lipids ratio.

Abstract
The problems connected with etiopathogenesis of hyperplastic processes of endometrium in 185 women with hypothalamic dysfunction were studied. The results are comparable to those obtained from women without endocrine disorders. Endometrial hyperplasia by ultrasonography of small pelvis was suspected in 27,6% of patients. The results of hysteroscopy with histological examination confirmed the diagnosis in 37,3% of women. Hormonal, metabolic disorders and organic changes in the ovaries are etiopathogenetic factors in the development of hyperplastic processes of endometrium in women with hypothalamic dysfunction.

Abstract
Wide range of somatic diseases are based on altered compensative and adaptive processes. Neuroimmunoendocrine complex, in particular hypothalamohypophysial adrenal glands system is the main contributor to this adaptive body reserve. A comparative study of dexamethasone small doses effects in healthy people at double daily monitoring of concentration levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone, cortisol and insulin was done. Synthetic cortisol analogue in small doses being a final effector of this complex modulates its functional condition and positively influences adaptive mechanisms under stress.
