Abstract
To identify the control of breathing peculiarities and their interrelation with airway hyperresponsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) depending on the presence and degree of intensity of bronchoconstrictor reaction to exogenous stimulus, 35 patients with BA of different severity and 6 healthy persons were examined by spirometry, a complex of bronchial provocation tests, spirointervalmetry and registration of breathing pattern. The signs of exertion of central breathing regulation mechanisms in BA patients with cold airway hyperresponsiveness (CAHR) were found out. The identified changes allow to develop criteria of CAHR diagnostics in BA patients without the use of aggressive bronchoconstrictor tests. The specifity of changes in the breathing control system concerning the properties of a bronchoconstriction provoker was determined.

Abstract
75 patients with bronchial asthma were examined. The basic levels of oxidative stress parameters in the exhaled breath condensate and blood serum as well as their dynamics after bronchial provocation test by cold air were studied. It was established that patients with the signs of cold airway hyperresponsiveness (CAHR) had higher level of oxidative stress parameters in the blood serum than the patients without any signs of CAHR. After cold air hyperventilation there was a significant increase of Н2О2 and diene conjugates in exhaled breath condensate in the patients with CAHR. The direct correlation between Н2О2 concentration in exhaled breath condensate and cold airway hyperresponsiveness intensity was found out.

Abstract
To study the character of intensity of an urgent reaction of pituitary-adrenal system under the influence of cold stimulus 155 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) were examined including 88 patients with cold bronchial hyperresponsiveness (CAHR) and 67 patients without it. The obtained data showed that BA patients with cBHR had a tendency to a decreased of glucocorticosteroids level in the blood. The imbalance in coordination of interhormonal connections in BA patients is one of the factors that models cold hyperresponsiveness of bronchi.

Abstract
111 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) including 25 patients without upper airways pathology and 86 patients with concomitant chronic polypous rhynosinusitis (CPRS) were examined. All patients went through the study of ventilation pulmonary function, the measurement of nasal resistance, bronchial challenge with cold air, registration of the expired air temperature. Against the base therapy in 40 BA patients with concomitant CPRS the polyps were ablated, 46 patients had a combined treatment of CPRS with application of intranasal inhalations of corticosteroids and laser therapy. It is established that the application of intranasal inhalations of beclometasone and laser irradiation combined with standard base therapy allows to improve BA clinical course, restore the patency and conditioning capacity of the nose and decrease the level of cold airway hyperresponsiveness. The mentioned therapy leads to regress of polypous tissue in nose and paranasal sinuses and significantly decreases the probability of CPRS relapses.

Abstract
The article deals with the comparative analysis of direct medical expenditures on in-patient treatment of bronchial asthma of partly controlled and not controlled clinical course in patients with cold hyperresponsiveness and without it. To get control of bronchial asthma in patients with cold bronchiospasm there have to be big doses of base medication, which leads to the increase of expenditures on in-patient treatment of this category of people.

Abstract
In exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases the highest reaction intensity to collagens of the I and V types is revealed in the composition of conjunctive tissue of bronchi mucous tunic. Against the therapy that was carried out, inhalations with nedokromil sodium and endobronchial irradiation by infrared laser, redistribution in the composition of collagen occurs, namely, a reduction of the reaction to the I type and an increase in the intensity to the III type, which indicates degradation and reconstruction of collagens of bronchi mucous tunic conjunctive tissue.

Abstract
Morphometrical characteristics of alveolar macrophages in brochoalveolar lavage in patients with bronchial asthma were studied. The correlation analysis of morphometrical parameters of bronchoalveolar lavage cells was carried out. As a result the positive interrelation between morphometric parameters of nuclear and cytoplasm of mononuclear phagocytes of lungs in patients with bronchial asthma was established.

Abstract
The study of a pulmonary gas exchange in condition of neuroaxial anesthesia in 245 patients divided into four groups depending on the upper level of the sensor block from Th 12 to Th 4 was done. It was established that in 40% of the cases an acute respiratory failure (ARF) of the first and second degree developed. It was found out that the decrease of a heart index at neuroaxial anesthesia is primary and leads to pulmonary hypoperfusion and the disturbance of ventilation and perfusion relation, arterial hypoxemia till ARF development. There has been suggested the method of correction of hemodynamic changes by dopamine infusion with the speed 5-6 mkg/kg/min to support the inotropic function of myocardium under constant control of a heart index and intravenous introduction of mesaton 0.8-1.2 mkg/kg/min to support vascular tonus. There were no cases of arterial hypoxemia or ARF, this fact allowed to consider the method of prophylaxis and correction of pulmonary gas exchange at neuroaxial anesthesia to be quite effective.

Abstract
The content of cortisol in the blood of 75 pregnant women at different stages of gestation who suffered herpes-virus infection exacerbation has been studied. It is established that exacerbation of herpes-virus infection during pregnancy leads to the increase of cortisol content in the peripheral blood. The most apparent changes were found out in the first trimester of pregnancy at antibodies titers of IgG class to virus of simple herpes.

Abstract
The data reflecting the influence of toxic (antigens HVS-1) and immune (TNFα, IL-1) factors on erythropoetic function of peripheral blood of parturient women are given in the article. The inhibition influence of TNFα and IL-1 high concentrations on the development of erythropoietin that regulates the coming of morphofunctional high-grade erythrocytes forms into blood in response to the reduction of partial pressure of oxygen in parturient women at herpes virus infections during pregnancy has been established.

Abstract
The research of the quantitative content of phosphatidilethanolamine and arachidonic acid in membranes of erythrocytes of women who suffered in the third trimester of pregnancy an exacerbation of herpes virus infection depending on antibodies titer has been carried out. It is established that the activation of herpes virus during pregnancy is accompanied by the drop of phosphatidilethanolamine and accumulation of arachidonic acid at high antibodies titer to herpes simplex.

Abstract
25 girls-teenagers with relapse of ovary apoplexy and 25 gynecologically healthy ones were examined. On the basis of clinical, ultrasound data and research of FSH, LH, TTH hormones, prolactin and progesterone in the blood serum, it was established that in girls of 13-15 years the etiological factor of relapse of apoplexy is the imperfection of regulation mechanism at the level of hypophysis-ovaries, in girls of 16-17 years inflammatory diseases of ovaries provoked the relapse. Etiopathogenetically proved methods of prevention of ovary apoplexy relapse were proposed.

Abstract
Legg-Calve-Perthes`disease in many cases is the result of oxidative stress and reduction of antioxidant system protective function. Antioxidant therapy is the method that can influence the pathogenetic processes, prevent the transition of the femoral head osteonecrosis into irreversible stage, increase the efficiency of the treatment by preventing neurodystrophic tissue and vascular reactions. It is established that after application of antioxidants in the treatment in the blood plasma of Legg-Calve-Perthes` patients there was a significant decrease of peroxidation products and an increase of antioxidant system substances concentration. The treatment that started timely with the application of antioxidants led to good and satisfactory results in 85% of patients whereas traditional treatment gave results in only 56% of patients.

Abstract
Nowadays many scientists acknowledge a multiple theory of polypous rhynosinusitis development, and in particular at bronchial asthma. According to this theory, polypous rhynosinusitis is a chronic infection-dependent allergic process. The article presents modern data about some questions of ethiology and pathogenesis of polypous rhynosinusitis. Double-sided polypous process in nasal cavity is looked at as eosinophilic inflammation caused by bacterial, virus or mycotic infection that leads to the destruction and remodeling of nose mucous tunic and polyps growth.
